As a seasoned and successful educator, Alan has nearly three decades of international education and management experience, with educational endeavors spanning all seven continents. As the founding principal of Hangzhou Qianjiang Bess International School, he made outstanding contributions to the school, quickly earning it a reputation and good standing in Hangzhou, and winning the recognition and choice of parents and students. Alan was recognized as an outstanding teacher by the British Standards in Education and collaborated with the National College for School Leadership in the UK to develop and implement the first International Young Leaders program. He has an academic background in multiple disciplines, including psychology, economics, history, and education. In recognition of his exceptional educational achievements, the Hangzhou government has granted him a residency green card.
