The University Guidance Center (UGC) at Dingwen Academy Hangzhou supports students in Grades 6–12 with structured, ethical counseling. We focus on accuracy, clarity, and fit. Students learn to plan coursework and testing, research universities, prepare authentic applications, and transition smoothly to university. Our approach reflects the school philosophy: Rooted in China, Globally Competent, and Universally Compassionate.

High school programs: IGCSE, A Levels, IBDP, AP.
English is the language of instruction for all non‑Chinese courses.
Assessment
The academic year is organized in semesters; assessments are held quarterly.
Student Profile Building
200+ extension courses, clubs, and activities; 18 school teams in arts and athletics.
Regular participation in World Scholar’s Cup, iGEM, AMC/SMC, BPhO, PhysicsBowl, National Science League, CTB, NHSDLC, and other events.
Licensed Award Center for The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award.
Learning Environment
A 3,500 m² secondary library; professional science labs; innovation workshops.
The Eco‑Innovation Center supports interdisciplinary and sustainability studies.
Comprehensive sports facilities, including an Olympic-size pool and water sports marina.
